Last night (Friday) I took some mince out of the freezer with a view to making spag bol today. Freezing hm potato wedges??
I've got a bag of organic desiree potatoes that were "whoopsied" down to 30p!! I don't use a lot of potatoes but don't want to waste them. Can I just cut them up, toss them in oil chilli etc and freeze them raw as wedges or do they need cooking first? Thanks in advance Anna x

Ready grated low fat mozzarella, where?
I used to buy ready grated low fat mozzarella, but I can't remember where:o Its not Asda or Waitrose, as I looked today.
