Meat/Fish where is the cheapest place to get it?

Hi all
I'm trying to budget on meals and was wondering where to get meat and fish from as I find supermarkets quite expensive, farmfoods is cheap but the quality is pretty rubbish!
Also for fruit and veg is it better from a market?

I find meat from my local butcher cheaper than the supermarkets and infinitely better in quality and taste.0
