Using Mince -now defrosted

Last night (Friday) I took some mince out of the freezer with a view to making spag bol today. As it turned out we were not that hungry , is it safe for me to leave the mince in the fridge or should I do something with it now e.g spag bol and heat it up for tomorrow?
Would you leave it in fridge for tomorrow? Or cook it now and reheat tomorrow?

Or you could jut cook the mince plain and refreeze if needed...tomorrow should be ok if your fridge is working correctlyOne day I might be more organised...........
