Help-- Can Anyone Tell Me How To Crochet A Fringe For A Cushion

Can anyone help me with finding a crochet pattern for a fringe on the end of a cushion. I saw 1 in a restaurant in Morocco and absolutely loved it but I am not sure how to copy it. Thanks
