ASDA Smart Price noodles - HELP
I'm sure that some of you OSers must have these in your cupboard. If you do, could you be a love and have a quick peep and see if any of the flavours are veggie? Even the 'meat' flavoured ones, as this type of stuff often can be. Tesco online always say if a product is veggie, but ASDA don't seem to and I'm in the middle…

Is it possible to recycle without clutter?
As I've said before on here I don't do housework or at least I keep it to a minimum. I try to keep everywhere tidy so all I need to do is a quick swipe round & the house looks ok. My real bugbear is recycling, although my kitchen is a good size it's all fitted so there is no room for extra bins, I don't have a utility room…

Do you always follow the recipe? Spill the beans...!
I have just been making a sandwich cake for OH and (as usual) proceeded straight past the "sift the flour" instruction. I have NEVER done this!!! It made me wonder what else people cheat at?? I very often omit or swap ingredients, but actual instructions?? Come on, spill the beans!!

Freezing tinned beans?
Just wondered if you can freeze things like tinned borlotti or kidney beans - I'm on my own, and if I make a stew with different types of beans, I'm left with lots of half tins. If it's ok, I could either freeze the leftovers, or do several batches and frezze the stew - what do you guys think?

What cheese do you buy?
We have for many years bought Asdas value mild cheddar and been quite content with the taste and texture. But for the last 3-4 month it's been awful. The texture has been crumbly and falling a part, which I would perhaps expected had it been mature but the taste has also been less than satisfying. I've tried to use up the…
