Instant oats!
Anyone know how I can turn normal oats into instant hot oat cereal (readybrek style)? I cant seem to find instant oats in local shops, and the ones from the supermarkets seem to have loads of additives... maybe the additives are needed for the instant oats, but I dont think so!

Oily/greasy hair stain on headboard
