bananas with syrup

does anyone know how to make hot bananas with rum or brandy on them like what you have when you are abroad on holiday? delicious.

You could peel a banana, put it into a nest of tinfoil, add a little butter, brown sugar and whatever spirit leaps out of the cupboard.
Wrap the tinfoil up and seal.
Bake for a bit.
