Cats Cradle Anyone?

Thought I'd impress my 7yo DD with my prowess at cats cradle, but I can't remember how to do it:o . I guess I thought it would be easy to remember once I had a bit of string. We used to do some quite complicated patterns when I was at school and pass them backwards and forwards to each other. Can anyone point me in the direction of some instructions? I Googled it with little success.
I have plenty of willpower - it's won't power I need.

Hi Bizzimum,
These links might help, although I couldn't get the videos to open on this pc in the first link:
Playground games
String figures
If you enter "cats cradle+game" into google you'll find more results.
