soggy defrosted bread
I buy bread in the form of loaves and baps and freeze them. I defrosted some baps and found that the bottom of a couple them had soggy bottoms ;) I leave them in the bag and put in the frige to de-frost. I don't want to waste them. So I cut the soggy bits off. But how can I stop it happening. Yours Calley
