ready cooked chicken

hi got a ready done chicken from asda theres gonna be loads left apart from sarnies what else can i do with the remains? is it safe to reheat ?dont usually bother with them but just started back to work with 3 small sprogs so thought it might save time............it hasnt please help

Use the leftover bits for making a curry or rissoles.

Boil up the carcass for stock to make stew or soup. Add loads of veg and pulses, dumplings too if you are not weight watching.

Reheating is ok providing you only do it once and you get it really hot.

Our favourite way to use up leftover chicken is to take it all off the carcass and chop into bite sized chunks. I then make a sauce with a bit of marg and flour to make a roux and some chicken stock and milk, pinch of herbs salt and pepper to make a nice sauce and then add the chicken. We have this with boiled rice and boiled carrots and it is real comfort food!
