Mobile unlock on ending contract
I think that all mobiles which have been locked to a provider should be unlocked for free at the end of the contract. Customers have already paid for the phone through their contract, why should they then be charged what amounts to a "release fee" as well? You own the phone, but the provider still has the right to prevent…

Mis-sold / Misrepresented by O2. options?
Hi all, My girlfriend bought an O2 Mobile contract a month ago. One of the key reasons for doing so was that the sales person in the store told her calls back to her home country of Hungary would only cost her 4p per minute. She has just looked online, after making several calls during the month, to find that actually she…

No VAT on Talkmobile prices
Hi recently signed up for a new contract with Talkmobile (I had already been with them for nearly 4 years) and got a new phone. The price I signed up to pay was £15 per month. But I've just checked my bill for this month and they're billing me £21.95. Apparently the £15 didn't include VAT. I checked the website and there's…

Vodafone - Unable to assist with financial difficulties
Hi all, I have made an account on MSE to look for some advice. I took out a 2 year contract with Vodafone for (then new) iPhone 5s paying £47/month. Family Mobile Refuse any Refunds
There is already a thread regarding the announcement that Family Mobile have decided to cease providing a service from 31st August. They are refusing to refund any unused credit and as far as I am concerned as they are terminating the service they should issue refunds. If I took someone's money it would be called theft so…

Had enough with EE
I have been phoning, emailing, visiting a local branch of EE and written 10 letters to try and get an issue fixed with mine and my daughter's shared account.
