Talktalk - What should I do?
In the early hours of Monday morning my router went down. As a result my daughter's phone started using data (mostly whatsapp updates - she was asleep at the time). As a result she went over her 1gb allowance and incurred charges of £52 in the next couple of hours  before she woke up to a text from Talktalk informing…

Contact with Orange / EE
Do these have an online form or even better an email address where I can report ongoing reception issues at a home address. We have no landline and both of our (Orange) handsets are not working from home address. Ideally dont want to spend a Friday night two miles up the road where reception may be better.

Old phone on T Mobile, which network?
My friend has an old Samsung Galaxy S3, she had it on contract on T Mobile network, she hasn't been using it for quite a while, she wants to give it to someone else to use, but T Mobile don't exist anymore. I suppose it is locked to the T Mobile Network, but if she uses an EE PAYG sim card, will it work?

Hopefully the polite sounding Vodafone person who posts on here may be able to help me. I upgraded in Feb 2015, initially agreeing a date for delivery on a new handset. It failed to be delivered. I chased up on the day and was told it would be, but then later on followed up again and was told there was no order on the…
