Hi all..
I am looking to cancel my new contract with Vodafone after 3 months as every month since the beginning they have failled to get my bill correct.
I have been a customer 11 years now and this March when I upgraded I agreed to pay an upfront cost of £119 for my phone, S6 Edge which then brought the monthly bill to £43..
Since taking the contract out I have been billed £49 a month which is wrong and the whole point of paying the £119 upfront was for the smaller monthly bill.
I have called 3 times, each month to query this and was told I would be called back as the rep I spoke to wasnt able to deal with the query, I recieved no calls back.
I get my bill today and low and behold its £49..
Someone told me that I can now self terminate as a recent law has been made if a operator faills me like this I can get out of it?
Advice welcome..
Thanks
Dan

Did they also tell you how you don't have to pay tax as a Freeman on the Land?====0 -
Might be worth asking your learned friend what relevant law they where quoting .0
