Samsung Galaxy s6, o2
When incoming calls have come, they are Not heart, the phone doesn't ring nor vibrate,
and this is when the phone is on (no apps running) etc.
But after a short while, get a text from the o2 alert saying
You missed calls from me at 18.23 24 June. This is a free cal alert from 02.
To disable this dial 901, press * then option 4 and option 5
that is odd, because the call ring should be heard, and then it can be picked up to answer,
but instead it diverts it to this o2 alert, which is odd as everything on the phone, bills paid, usage fine etc. is all fine.
what does this sound like?
have you had this issue ? (o2 Network)

Is it set to none or priority in the volume control?0

Sounds to me like your phone was out of range to pick up the call ie weak or no signal. It's not just about the money0

Volume was on, and on loud too, and vibrate was also on, which is why it is confusing.
o2 signal is good, especially where I was.
this has happened a few times too.0 -

Could it be o2 issues with network? although they are one of the ones with a better one compared to others.0

Have you accidentally set your phone to reject all calls? Or added the specific numbers to a blacklist?0
