Had enough with EE
Options
I have been phoning, emailing, visiting a local branch of EE and written 10 letters to try and get an issue fixed with mine and my daughter's shared account. I have spent hours trying to sort it out to no avail. They never call back, reply to letters or reply to a complaint through their website.
In desperation I issued a County Court Claim online against them for wasting my time. I put this at £1,000 plus costs.
So far they have said they deny the claim but have not issued a defence. The time is now up and I have applied for a Judgment.
Should I apply for the Bailiffs to go in? I've never done this before and I'm not sure what to do.

I can't imagine the time that was wasted was worth £1000 but it's interesting that you've managed to get a judgement filed.
How long ago was this approved by the courts? And have EE responded to you since the judgment was approved?0 -

My 27 pages of Particulars of Claim gave all this info. Too long winded to put on here. Just interested to see if anybody else has done anything similar0

I have only applied for the Judgement online as EE were out of time with their Defence.0

an issue
There's no point anybody giving you much advice based on this vague piece of information. If you do get a judgement in your favour, then you need to see what EE does. Likely they'd just pay up when faced with it, so your bailiff question is basically moot.Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.- Mark TwainArguing with idiots is like playing chess with a pigeon: no matter how good you are at chess, its just going to knock over the pieces and strut around like its victorious.0 -
Well thanks to "Silk" who has told me what I needed to know. I.E. Wait for the Judgement to be issued and then another 14 days which is what I will do. Cheers.0
