iPhone 5 and the latest ios
I have an iPhone 5 and am currently running iOS 6.1.4, and am considering upgrading to the latest one 8.3. I have a few questions: - it requires 3.5gb of space even though its only 1.2gb itself. Why? - is 6.1.4 1.2gb as well, meaning once it's all done I'd have the same amount of available space? Or is the 1.2gb in…

Best Android Handset?
Currently looking to upgrade my handset in the next week. I get a good discount through my work just now as well so the cost difference between handsets is negligible. Currently got a Galaxy S5 just now and had the S3 before it and both have been good. Been thinking about the Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy S6 and The LG G4 but not…

o2 base station down again
o2 seem to be having a lot of problems with their network locally. My local base station at home is down, and has been since Wednesday. I have called o2 several times and they are not committing to a fix date. I have zero service. The problem is that there are four mobiles in my house, and they are all on o2 pay monthly…

Unlocked Mifi issues
I finally got my Vodafone r203-z unlocked. It accepts a new sim but won't connect. On the front of the Mifi it will recognise the new sim(EE sim). But when I turn the mifi on and it goes to the Vodafone dashboard, there is a red 'x' by the 'status' with T-Mobile by 'network'. So it is recognising the new sim, but just…

is it always cheaper to buy the phone outright?
I'm coming to the end of my contract with 02 who have been fine. Since my phone went through a boil wash it hasn't been the same so I need a new one. I like HTC's and don't need it to do anything special so I think for £150 I could get a phone that would be fine for me. Is it always better to buy the phone outright and…

Refund for subscription service I never subscribed to?
Looking at my most recent O2 bill, I've been billed £1.50 a week for several weeks for a subscription to a games service/website which I most certainly never signed up to. What's the best way of getting this money back? I understand from a brief Google search that O2 are likely to refuse to refund this. Is that legal? Can…
