My wife took out a contract SIM only 2 months ago at £7 per month
It is being increased to £8 per month - a whopping (over) 14% increase
Is there anything that we can do to get this hurrendous increase reduced / stopped ?

Is it a 1 month/30 day deal, or 12 months, or something else?

Its on a monthly contract - so we can leave if we want to...
It is not the amount that worries me - it is the principle of the fact that it is increasing by such a huge rate !!

You haven't committed to more than a month - why should that not work both ways?

Give them a call and tell them your leaving. They're pretty good on discounts.

Virgin are notorious on these things... They increase the broadband price roughly twice a year. At least they have in the last three years I have been with them...
