Family Mobile Refuse any Refunds
There is already a thread regarding the announcement that Family Mobile have decided to cease providing a service from 31st August.
They are refusing to refund any unused credit and as far as I am concerned as they are terminating the service they should issue refunds. If I took someone's money it would be called theft so what's the difference.
I have a PAYG mobile as I only use it infrequently so the credit I have with them would have lasted me probably another 6 months.

Try doing a Chargeback via the card you used to top up.
I'm surprised another provider isn't taking over the service.0
