Nokia Lumia 735 from Amazon

Hi, just after a little advice if anyone can please help.

I have this morning taken delivery of a new phone from Amazon, the phone box was sellotaped up (the sellotape isn`t even so does not look like it was done in the factory when the phone was boxed, if that makes sense) also the phone does not have a plastic film over the screen (I have never had a new phone before that didn`t have this). I`m just feeling that its not brand new.

Not sure if I am being stupid, but wasn`t expecting it to arrive like this.

Sounds like it may have been a return.
Take photo of the packaging etc and contact the seller and express your concerns.
If your not confident with it return it and ask for another to be sent out.

What advice do you need?
Most likely it's a new, but returned item - that should have not be sold like 'new'.
You have a right to return it for a refund or a replacement. If you do this, take good photos before sending it back and demand your P&P costs to be refunded too.

It was sold by Amazon so will get in touch with them.
