Iphone 4S and Orange question
My dd aged 15 saved her money to buy an immaculate Iphone 4s from a friend. Told it was locked to EE ... then EE said it was Tmobile and after a month of faffing around, they finally said it was locked to Orange. Kids and I are all with GiffGaff .. so, Apple will unlock the phone for £99.99 - which I am not going to cough…

EE voicemail on Moto G
Was using an Orange SIM in an unlocked Moto G, at the end of the contract I called for a PAC code and was offered a good sim only EE deal. Charges for receiving international calls at home?
Wonder if anyone can offer any help or insight? I have a friend in Angola who has been calling from their mobile, I assumed I would not be charged for receiving these calls. Having spoken to T-Mobile they estimate my next bill to be almost £500 and said the roaming charges are approx. £1 per min. Is this right? We have…

International Dialling Code
I just got a 'number not recognised' when dialling a 07976 number, so I tried it with 0044 (dropping the leading 0) and it worked, is this fairly normal? I think I have this before, I thought you only had to use the international code when ringing from abroad?

Does anyone have an up to date email for T mobile?
I have seriously bad credit, mainly caused by my stupidity with pay day loan companies and a CCJ which was caused by my own stupidity again :( . I also have added pressure caused by a family member taking out a few grand in my name to buy items using credit online. As you can see I'm clearly screwed for many, many years.…

Can I buy unlocked phone and swap sim into it (different size)?
I have as a second/spare phone a Nokia Asha 302, on contract with 3, which ended a couple of months ago. I've kept the contract running as it's such a good deal, but I hate the phone now that I've got the hang of touch screens! Also it's rubbish for websites such as MSE as it doesn't display properly. I'd like to buy a…

Mobilephonesdirect return policies
Ok I've sent them a couple of inquiries regarding this flaw on my phone screen - no replies as yet since it's the weekend. Anyway, initially, I noticed little hair and dirt that looked like it was beneath the protection film. Then after taking the plastic off to ensure it was just that, they turned out to be under another…

Problems with Vodafone
We are having real problems with Vodafone. Husband "lost" is iPhone, immediately notified Vodafone who instead of barring outgoing calls blocked the phone completely, rendering it impossible to locate, we had a rough idea of where it was and hubby was going to use his hands free kit to narrow down the search, well,…

We're off on holiday soon - going to France, Germany and the Netherlands. We have two contracts on T mobile and one on vodafone. In recent years we have spent quite a bit of money whilst abroad, last year we shut data off on most phones but paid £3 a day on Vodafone. This year I'd like to cut the costs down a bit, but I'm…
