iPhone Insurance + Proof of purchase
Trying to make a phone for my iphone. In fairness the insurance contract does state this - however, I entered in to a 24 month agreement with EE over the phone whereby they supplied the phone... so I have no paperwork and my online account doesn't really give me anything. Anybody have any suggestions on how to proceed?

Q about carphonewarehouse £100 cash back
Hi. I've come to the end of my contract with ee and declined their upgrade. I've seen a contact at CPW and it says I can get an extra £100 plus the value of my old smart phone. I have a galaxy s3 and it's in good condition so would probably get around £110 on eBay. If I took this CPW offer would I get the £100 plus…

And the winner is......Three!
Seems Three managed to beat the competition quite comprehensively in the latest broadbandgenie nationwide test. EE were a close second and as most people have experienced O2 and Vodafone were a pitiful 3rd and 4th. http://www.broadbandgenie.co.uk/mobilebroadband/roadtrip

EE/T-mobile service issues (mobile data Beverley HU17)
For at least 4 days my father in law has had no connection on his EE 4G mifi in Beverley, East Yorkshire (HU17). I am now visiting & I have no data on TPO (t-mobile MVNO) or EE. In all cases, the devices show 3G+ to H+, but the connection is simply unable to do anything (e.g. load a web page). Is anyone else having these…

Mobile Info for newbie.
I've have a very basic, old mobile on PAYG and looking to upgrade to something more modern. I'd prefer to buy an unlocked phone and continue with PAYG or one of the monthly SIM only plans. Thinking about maybe Galaxy S4/5 or similar, so some basic questions. For medium to light internet usage, what amount would be…

Cancelling Orange contract questions
Hi, I have been on a 2 year contract with Orange that came to an end yesterday (9 July). I have obtained a PAC from them. My question is, if I use the PAC today (10 July) will I now be charged for another full month (ie 10 July - 9 August, the 9th being my biling date)? Or will they simply charge me for one day of the…

Three tethering
We're going on holiday to France and thought that the £15 PAYG sim from Three would be a good for data when we are there. I know it says it doesn't allow tethering, but would they be able to tell if we were using it to tether other android phones/tablets?

iTunes music onto Sony Xperia phone?
This is probably a silly question, but as I don't know whether the obvious answer is 'yes' or 'no' I'll ask it anyway. I have over 1,000 songs in my iTunes library, mostly CD downloads but also some bought ones. I do have iCloud which shows the music as being stored in there. (You might sense that I'm not very confident…

Now here's a scam and a half: My Daughter came towards the end of a 24 month contract with O2. Looking at a few options, she decided to cancel and called to confirm she wouldn't be continuing. A few weeks later the SIM stopped working on the very day of expiry. We replaced it with an O2 PAYG whilst she decided what to do…
