EE/T-mobile service issues (mobile data Beverley HU17)

For at least 4 days my father in law has had no connection on his EE 4G mifi in Beverley, East Yorkshire (HU17). I am now visiting & I have no data on TPO (t-mobile MVNO) or EE. In all cases, the devices show 3G+ to H+, but the connection is simply unable to do anything (e.g. load a web page).

Is anyone else having these issues? Is there anywhere I can check known issues on the EE site?

I have tried to search everywhere, so apologies if I missed something.

Not from EE but this site,

    http://downdetector.co.uk/problems/ee-everything-everywhere/hull

looks like they are having problems tonight.

An overview of national EE is at http://downdetector.co.uk/problems/ee-everything-everywhere

If you are still having problems tomorrow I'd suggest contacting the Twitter team https://twitter.com/EE or on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/ee during business hours.

Well, it worked fine at 5am! Nothing come 9am again! Three tweets including the fact that 150 could not help as systems were down and I finally got a reply - a link to a checklist that tells me to call 150! Yey!

For anyone having similar problems, they assure me that it is a minor issue & will be sorted in the next few days (hate to think how long a major issue would take)!

As of the evening of 12th July, it is still an issue - again overnight it worked fine (5am), but stopped during the day (by 9:30am).
