Mute stays on whilst on Facetime - Iphone4
Hi, looking for some help please. Whilst on Facetime I cannot turn off the mute. I can hear the caller clearly but they cannot hear me. Also when on a normal call the caller is very faint. Is this something I can fix or does it need to go for a repair. I am with VF 12th months into 24mth contract. I do not have insurance for the phone. Any advice would be appreciated.
