Hi,

According the EE website they "do not offer a change of mind policy on any of our products in store". They only have a 14 day return policy related to coverage.

Is this legal? Is there any way around it?

Yes it is legal. In fact if you get contract with other suppliers (vodafone being one example) you dont even get a coverage return. If you find after you get the phone you can t use it then its tough.

So people still havent learned, never buy anything instore if you wish to have the option of returning it. Always, Always use the distance selling regulations.
