iPhone Insurance + Proof of purchase

Trying to make a phone for my iphone.

[FONT=&quot]However as per the Terms and Conditions of your Insurance we do require proof of purchase for your handset.[/FONT]

In fairness the insurance contract does state this - however, I entered in to a 24 month agreement with EE over the phone whereby they supplied the phone... so I have no paperwork and my online account doesn't really give me anything.

Anybody have any suggestions on how to proceed?

Do you mean you have insurance with someone else and they require proof of purchase from EE?

I think that's what you mean and if so, you should be able to contact customer service and they will provide if for you. If it is for a lost or stolen phone, they will also provide proof of barring and blacklisting, which insurers usually require.

IIRC the delivery note or the store receipt should be enough.
