Galaxy note 2 wifi issue

Hi, hoping someone can help,

my note 2 can no longer connect to wifi, it doesnt detect ANY - it will scan like its searching but then all old stored wifi's come back as 'not in range'

I've just done a factory reset and still nothing so now i have no wifi and lost all my stuff off the phone too

any ideas ?

Sounds like a hardware issue if you cant see any wifi networks.

Check for a firmware update .

Thanks guys, fingers crossed I've fixed it !

There is a couple of gold points on the back cover which i gave a clean over and when i reattached it it appears to be working fine now
