Does anyone have an up to date email for T mobile?
Options
I have seriously bad credit, mainly caused by my stupidity with pay day loan companies and a CCJ which was caused by my own stupidity again
.
I also have added pressure caused by a family member taking out a few grand in my name to buy items using credit online.
As you can see I'm clearly screwed for many, many years.
At the moment I am 10 months into a contract with T mobile. It is a sim only plan to build credit with them so that they can offer me a contract phone in the future.
I was told that it would only take 6 months but after many calls i found out that this just isn't the case, they only re-check my credit score again to see if it has improved.
I just want to email someone to see if there is any chance they could acknowledge my timely payments and see me as a trusted customer.
I feel completely overwhelmed and have for a while. My habits have changed however and I know I can overcome this in time.
I am also looking to rent with a friend soon who knows nothing about this (no one does) and am wondering if you guys could shed some light on the obvious challenges I am going to face so that I can prepare? I am lucky enough to have parents who have already offered to pay 6 months up front for me as a gift which is awesome but I am scared I will be flat out rejected from any attempt any way.
Any advice on that would be appreciated as well.

Why do you even want a 24 month phone contract.
Just buy your phone upfront. (You can get legit top end phones for under £150) and then stay on your SIM contract.
what would you do if you couldn't make a payment or had another situation again? In a 24 month contract you'd be screwed. On a one month contract you could cancel anytime.0 -
I want a nice, shiny phone
.
I can honestly say that I have not had a single problem with what I have left over each month since I went through the most stressful time of my life to date.
Entering into a contract like this will not be a burden on me.0 -

You can buy nice shiny top of the range phones from any phone shop, and the overall cost will be less than getting one on a 24 month contract.
Other benefits are that you are not tied in for 2 years, you can move networks if a better offer comes along etc
And if you dont have £600 to spend on a shiny mobile, you cant afford it!!0 -

They don't publish an email address as if they did it would be swamped in hours.
You will need to call them and see if they can help or write to them stating what you are after, however I would doubt they'll give you any more than Equifax/Experian can in terms of a line about payments made and account in good standing.
You can request your credit record for £2 from Equifax/Experian that may be the best starting point, as that is what any company will see who checks you. You may even be able to do if for free with a trial of their service but remember to cancel it if you do that.
However do not buy a credit score, they are simply the reference agencies view of your file, and NOT what any other company will see. All companies take your credit record and create your score internally, and will not reveal what makes up the actual score, as then you could try and cheat the system by remedying just that one thing.0
