New Blackspot
Have two phones - T-Mobile and Three - both working fine until 27th June when they both completely lost signal and I have to drive quarter of a mile to get any signal. After a few calls, promises and emails I've finally just been told by T-Mobile that work done on the 27th has created a 'blackspot' around my home and there's nothing they can do. Have cancelled T-Mobile, waiting to hear from Three.
Bit of a disaster for me as I work from home and need mobile reception, so will now need to move house!
Or any suggestions??

When I did not have reception (2g and 3g) with Three, they offered a box that connects to your broadband and will give you reception. I would imagine T-Mobile have a similar offering.
This led me to handing in my notice on my Three contract, the company made some tempting offers to me to stay. And they were persistent. I eventually persuaded them that I did not want their proposed solution and so would be leaving.
When leaving, remember that Three may enforce their rule that you have to give one month's notice even though you have no signal.

Getting a landline would be cheaper than moving house0

I have a landline - customers mainly use mobiles now though and are reluctant to call landlines.
Will wait and see if Three offers that box option.0 -
Three have said it's an ongoing issue that may be fixed within 30 days so they will provide me with a Home Signal box to plug into my TalkTalk Broadband router on a loan basis - to be returned once the proper signal is restored. (normal price £75)Sounds good!
For anyone reading this with similar issues - I had to mention the Home Signal to the engineer or I don't think it would have been offered...
T-Mobile have one as well but they didn't offer it so I cancelled my contract with them - they seemed unaware that the signal might be restored within 30 days.0 -
I hope you are on an unlimited internet deal with talk talk.0
