hi, can anybody help me with problem? at saturday i bought sony xperia z2 from here, and he taken me my money from my debit card, i canceled my order because this website is fake... and now, he dont respond me and my bank TSB told me that he cant give me money back... so? whats now?

If you really cancelled the order, then what response do you want? It will take them some time to return the money if it was taken from your bank account.

Pretty suremobilephonesdirect is a legit company. What makes you think it was a fake?

Perhaps you were not clear with TSB. You can ask for a chargeback if goods are not delivered. Its not certain you will get your money back as the money is recovered from the other bank if there are funds etc but TSB cannot refuse to try.

They are a completely legit company.....they used to run the Nokia retail stores until Nokia pulled out of direct retail.

If you have changed your mind don't accept the phone when the courier delivers it and contact mobile phones direct to cancel within 14 days.

You will get your money back but this will take some time.
