Looking for phone company that gives credit for porting PAYG number

Some phone companies used to offer a credit if you ported your number to them on Pay-as-you-go.

Does anyone know if any phone company still does this?

Do you have any more details as to how to claim a credit? I cannot see anything on the these phone companies websites about giving a credit when porting a PAYG number.
