Can my brother switch energy suppliers before his referral money has been paid
dual fuel Switch to igloo completed 23rd sept and the referral money is due to be paid 23rd of this month. Is he free to switch his electricity away now without impacting on the referral money due on 23rd.He will still remain an igloo customer as not switching gas.

If I switch to an energy company I've previously been with, say 2 years ago, am I still entitled to a switch incentive if I now return to that company? In other words, is the incentive for switching , in any case, or is it for a brand-new customer only to that company?

Eon annual review date
My eon contract ends on 13th October but they have told me my annual review is due on 12th November but I won't get it if I renew. Shouldn't the annual review be made available before the end date so you can make a fully informed decision about renewing/swittching?

Storage Heaters so old I can't find any markings/names or dates
A RICS survey said they may be from when the place was build 1992/1993 Attached are pictures of them. I believe they may be out of sync with on/off peak and possibly costing me a tonne in winter. Please help anyone. I may have to get them looked at or even removed and replaced.
