Which pre-payment card do I use?

I have 2 pre-payment cards for my gas supply due to switching to different suppliers (I will call these Supplier A, B and C). I have a card for supplier A and Supplier C. When I switched to Supplier B, I didn't receive a card, I was told I would get one shortly and to keep using Supplier A's card in the meantime.
I did this and because I wasn't using much gas and because I was told any credit would get "lost" when using the new card I just used the emergency credit. After many phone calls I still hadn't received the card, so decided to switch provider AGAIN due to Supplier B being utterly useless!
Now because this has taken so long, I have still only used a small amount of the emergency £10 credit (about £1-2) but the standing charge doesn't come out of the emergency credit. With the standing charge and the £10 credit, I owe just shy of £25 (£15 standing charge and £10 credit)
Now, I've got a card with the new supplier who went live yesterday but I'm not sure which card to "top up" with. Obviously I borrowed the emergency credit using Supplier A's card, run the standing charge up whilst messing about with Supplier B and now I'm finally with Supplier C.
Now it's time to "pay off" the emergency credit and the standing charge debt. But which card do I use? Do I use Supplier A's card since I borrowed the emergency credit off them or Supplier C's card as they are my new supplier?
Oh and to complicate matters even more, Supplier B sent me a letter saying due to the hassle, they will waive all usage and standing charges so they'll be nothing to pay

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like it's time you switched to a credit meter ! Why spend so much more just to get hassle?0

That's the main reason we switched, Supplier A (Boost) are apparently a PAYG only supplier so we switched to try and get a credit meter.0
