Just had a call from them asking why I am leaving. Told them I had a cheaper deal. "if we offer you a special deal will you stay?" Told them they should be offering their customers the cheap deal. " Oh we only can do it if your leaving" Told them to get lost and not to call me again.
Time something was done to stop them just like insurers are being told to offer their customers the best deal.

They won't be offering you a "personalised" deal.  Probably one of the offers normally only available via a switching site.

If they offered all their customers the cheap deal then they'd be out of business....the apathetic majority have to subsidise us serial switchers.

Maybe they should all be nationalised and we can all be on the cheapest rate.
