Good evening,
5 years ago I purchased my first flat all electric with storage heaters on economy 10 tariff - since replaced for modern heating - my electric meter the original meter now on single rate tariff - I supply 2 meters reads to
outfox Market only pay one standing charge
I want to swap energy companies BUT the meter shows on national database as eco 10 still - how an where do I fix this ? Whose at fault ?

What's to fix? You still have an economy 10 meter. Do you still have electrical heated, if so what type?0

Who was the original supplier when and after you bought the flat? Normally only the legacy supplier will support E10, so it can't have been OFTM.
I suspect, at best, you'll be limited to companies that will totalise the 2 readings.
PS: NSH's are 'modern' heating, and far more economic than single rate convectors. The problem was your E10 tariff, not the heaters. No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
What is this "modern heating"? I do hope it's not massively over-priced boxes filled with snake oil.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0
