Warm Home discount - eligible if switching now?

If I switch now would I still be able to get Warm Home Discount at suppliers such as Bulb, Eon, octopus etc this winter?

For the core group the cut off is 5th of July, but I would be in the broad group and can find no information.

here's what Bulb says, and here's a list of other suppliers you can check.

Remember that not all suppliers have the same criteria for the Broader group.

My mother has received the Warm Home Discount with her current supplier. I have found her a better deal with another supplier, if I change to them will the current supplier send the balance of the Warm Home Discount to the new supplier? I have checked and and the new supplier is part of the Warm Home Discount.

I think a new WHD application is required, when changing supplier.
