Two Separate Eon Tariffs
I've just got my Eon bill and it says that I am already on the cheapest tariff Fix Online Exclusive v14 for my electricity but I could save £15 by switching my gas to Fix Online v36 . Does that mean I can have 2 different tariffs, Fix Online Exclusive v14 for my electricity and Fix Online v36 for my gas?

Smart meter
I’ve received messages from my energy provider, E.ON, which are quite abrupt and advising I had agreed to fit a smart meter SMETS2 I don’t remember doing this and don’t really want to change the meter as I change the supplier at most renewals and I read that it’s more difficult to change once the new meter is installed.…

Yorkshire Energy Review
I have been a YE customer now for more than 3 years. My switch was smooth, I have had on occasion the need to speak directly and have been answered promptly. I have had every query answered, and, every amendment to the account completed without fuss. I highly recommend YE at present, not only for the great customer service…

Switching energy incentives
Does anyone know how long after you leave a company you can switch back to get an incentive. For example, Bulb, if I left in August 2019, when can I join back again to get the £50 referral? Thanks,

When to submit an opening and closing meter reading?
I have recently changed my electrical energy supplier to Green Energy. The official day of the change over is tomorrow the 24th Feb. My question is when do I submit my opening and closing reading? Is it on the day of the changeover and does my previous energy company have to be notified of the closing reading?

Bulb missing from comparisons
Last year I used the MSE comparison tool and switched to Bulb. When I use the tool now, it doesn't seem to be aware of the supplier at all. It's as if it doesn't exist, even though it would be in the top 3 for my consumption. Why is that? It has been happening for at least 2-3 months.

Big gas bill from EDF!
Hi all, Some help and advice would be great. Moved into this house in April 2019, meter reading was given by previous owner on day they moved out. It took us a while to locate the gas meter - it's in the basement and the previous owners left so much stuff down there we couldn't get to it or see it. We then kept getting…

Gas and electricity early exit charge
So we've received the latest energy club comparison and our saving threshold has been reached. The best deal has a £60 early exit fee for the 12 month fixed tariff. The, probably daft, question is that OH is perpetually looking at moving house. If we moved house (but still kept the supplier we'd moved to) would that…

Never changed supplier.
Talking to my in-laws the other day and they have never changed gas or electric supplier. My FIL is adamant that he isn't interested and is happy with what he has and refuses to discuss it further. Would anyone know who their current suppliers would be and what sort of tariff they would be on. It would have been MEB back…

Switching to EON energy with joint names
Hi, I am switching to EON energy. For identification purposes and in the event anything untoward was to happen to me, I would like to hold the account in joint names and have my wife name reflected on my energy bills as well. Initial discussion with eon suggest that they are not doing this as per industry practice but I…

Help! Just moved into a rented property and not sure what to do.
Hi all, I have just moved into a rented flat and found an economy 7 meter. Everything that I have read online suggests that it is only worth having an economy 7 tariff if you have storage heaters. I can’t work out what sort of heaters we have and what sort of tariff would be good for us. It seems that most energy providers…
