I've just got my Eon bill and it says that I am already on the cheapest tariff Fix Online Exclusive v14 for my electricity but I could save £15 by switching my gas to Fix Online v36 .
Does that mean I can have 2 different tariffs, Fix Online Exclusive v14 for my electricity and Fix Online v36 for my gas?

Yes. You can also have gas with one company and electric with another. Have you tried the price comparison sites?

So you are saying that Eon have advised you of a cheaper tariff (Fix Online Exclusive v36) even though they cannot sell it to you if you contact them?

That's very nice of them. Do they indicate where you can obtain it?

As I understand it, the Eon Fix Online Exclusive v36 tariff is only available as a Dual Fuel or electricity-only tariff, so I don't think you can get it for gas only.

Check the MSE Cheap Energy Club (other comparison sites where this tariff may be offered are available) and it will indicate if you can apply for just gas or not.

3 According to MSE CEC correct
4 does not offer that tariff for gas only
I only started my present tariff in November 2019, it will cost me £60 to leave it

You could probably save a lot of money by having separate suppliers - neither of them being Eon.

    How very odd.

I also thought the Eon Fix Online Exclusive v36 tariff was only available to new customers.

I might be wrong on that, but the tariff does not appear for me at all on the MSE Cheap Energy Club as soon as I put Eon down as the current supplier.

It is. People are getting mixed up with the similar tariff names.
OP is on 'Fix Online Exclusive V14' because presumably they joined on that one, but EON are suggesting they would be better off with 'Fix Online V36' which is their current best offering to existing customers.
As it happens, I checked at the end of last week the and the current Exclusive tariff was on V30 and came in £100 cheaper PA for projected usage than V36, which shows what they think of existing customers.

(I tried applying for the exclusive v8 through Uswitch toward the end of last year, playing dumb and leaving the 'current supplier' as the default British Gas SVT so it would show me the Eon tariff, but after a week or so I got an email telling me "No" So I switched to Fix Online V18 which at the time was better than the tariff I had.)
As for @st999, there are no exit fees on the SVT, just saying...

I'm on Eon's Fix Online Exclusive v14 as well and I got the same on my bill that I would be cheaper for my gas on Eon's Fix Online v36 .
Could the Eon rep explain this?

Hello st999 and I'm sorry for the confusion.
To be clear, as Biscuit_Tin mentions, Fix Online v36 is only available as a Dual Fuel or Electricity Only tariff. Customers aren't able to have Gas Only on this tariff.
The Could You Pay Less messages on our bills are meant to give an indication of possible savings. They're based on what we know at the time (past usage, how long is left on the current tariff with the remainder at our standard Energy Plan prices). This is explained in the Could You Pay Less section.
The message you can see means if you switched to Fix Online v36 Dual Fuel, we estimate you'll save £15 on the gas whilst the electricity will be the same as now. This is based on the above. I totally understand the confusion this format can cause and I'll raise it here.
We don't charge exit fees when moving from one of our tariffs to another. They're only applied when changing supplier outside of the renewal window. You can change to Fix Online v36 through our website.
Hope this explains st999. Please let me know if you need any more details as happy to help.

Hello Biscuit_Tin and happy to confirm, the Fix Online and Fix Online Exclusive are two different sets of tariffs. Not the clearest of distinctions, I agree, and this is something both Helena and I have raised here.
Fix Online Exclusive is available to new customers only through certain Price Comparison sites; whilst Fix Online is open to both new and existing customers through our website. You're right, both are Dual Fuel and Electricity Only tariffs. It's not possible to have gas alone on these tariffs.
    Sorry for the confusion Biscuit_Tin.
