Switch warm home help!
Options
I’ve just received my warm homes discount of £140. I want to switch supplier as I can save a substantial amount. As my account is now in credit by £140 from the warm homes discount can I switch? If I do what happens to that £140? Do I get a refund of the amount or do I lose it as it’s a warm homes discount? I obviously don’t want to lose it but I’m about to end my 2 year fix and I don’t want to stay with SSE as I can reduce my monthly payments by a fair bit. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
many thanks,

You won't loose the WHD when you switch - you will (eventually) get a credit.
Just watch who you switch to as not as not all suppliers support the WHD
