I have been a YE customer now for more than 3 years. My switch was smooth, I have had on occasion the need to speak directly and have been answered promptly. I have had every query answered, and, every amendment to the account completed without fuss. I highly recommend YE at present, not only for the great customer service I have received, but also for the competitive tariffs offered currently,( please check, tariffs appear regular) they should be given the praise when it is deserved, consider it done! Has YE got the system primarily right? Others take heed.

Surely I'm not the first to notice that some companies are sneakily redirecting attempts to see their reviews. If you try to see reviews for Yorkshire Energy on TrustPilot, for example, you get redirected to their homepage. Don't be fooled - this is not done for no reason - they don't want you to see the reviews because they're not exactly flattering. In fact, if anyone attempts to restrict access to reviews, they are to be avoided forever, at all costs. This does not mean they don't have satisfied customers. It simply indicates that their interests will always come first. YOU, the customer, will always be second and utterly contemptible to them. Would you trust a known liar? Of course not, so let's be clear - if reviews are diverted, the company should cease trading. We can enforce that with a global boycott. You work hard for your money, dont give it to reprobates.

Can you explain " sneakily redirecting attempts to see their reviews."? I just went to Trustpilot to look at Yorkshire Energy reviews and they're all there for everyone to see. No redirect attempts. Why anyone would use Trustpilot is beyond me though.1
