What happens if your debts have gone to court?
If you haven't attended are you up the creek without a paddle? Are CCCS/Payplan etc unable/not willing to help you if this has happened? I have a friend who this has happened to, I suspect he never attended court, and he reckons that CCCS etc will notbe able to help him because of thi - does anyone know if this is correct?…
