Does anyone know about non status bank accounts????

Hi
I am having no luck opening a business bank account we are about to enter into an IVA see our thread below.

A new business account is key to us continuing to trade,I can find lots of companies that say they can help you get a poor credit history bank account but they all want fees of hundreds.
Surely banks must do these free?
Any bank staff out there who can advise getting desperate.
I need to pay all my streamline transactions,cash & chqs in and only want to be able to do internet banking and draw counter chqs.
Dont need or want any overdraft,chq card etc...

I have a Co-op Cashminder account. It's personal, not business, so don't know whether it will suit you. It has no credit check, ID check only, comes with an electron card but no cheque book, no overdraft facility, very good internet banking with SOs and DDs, bill paying. There aren't many brances but you can pay into post offices as well. Customer service is also very good. Lots of bankrupts have this account, so they are used to people in financial difficulties.

Thank q for that great for me personally,sadly no good for the business we have to have a business account to process our credit card shop takings. Its proving impossible.
