Shell Mastercard from Citi Credit Limits
Just seen another post on here that reminded me - what has everybody been given as a credit limit on this card? I got £500, and so did three of my friends who applied, and we all have excellent credit histories! Is everybody being given a rubbish limit, or has anybody been lucky and got a decent limit on this card? It…

How to pay Citi ??
Help me out here! How on earth do I pay a sum onto my Citi card, before the date of the statement? There appears to be no option in their on-line banking facility to do this from my debit card?! Reason is, I usually spend 1000-1500 per month on my card, which then gets paid in full after the statement arrives. My usual…

Credit Card Fraud
Hi All, I/my bank was a victim of credit card fraud earlier this year. Everything got sorted really quickly and all fraudulent activity credited. I got a credit check done through Experian a couple of months after to make sure that there were no unauthorised checks processed and everything appeared ok. Is there anything…

Just a little warning to Ulster Bank customers: check your statements carefully. I received my statement this morning, expecting it to be zero. (I have already written to close my account). PPI not asked for but was added
My Capital one card was set up about three or four years ago. When I signed the application form I ticked the box asking to not have PPI on this credit card. Last November they started charging me for PPI and I have never signed a document to ask for this. Is this legal for them to do this and is it possible to reclaim all…

Re-applying for credit cards
I recently defaulted on my credit cards through work and personal reasons. I managed to get a loan with Welcome Finance and managed to almost pay off all my arrears. However, I would still like to have one credit card but I am unsure whether applying so soon after paying them off would do more bad than good. I lived abroad…

Egg anniversary offer...
Afternoon all! I opened my account in April 2004 and have just been told via email I may not "be offered this promotion" next year. Is this common practice as I assumed it was for every anniversary? I am looking to transfer a large balance so should I haggle for a LOB deal or similar? Many thanks in advance,
