balance transfer

Hi
is it cheaper to BT at 6.9% for life with a 3% ( at retail interest15.9) charge then taking a personal loan(6.8%) without PPI?

Don't like the look of the "at retail interest" on the fee. If it only gets paid after the balance then you should avoid it.

With credit card offers like this you get the flexibility of being able to repay early and can vary your payments (up to a point) But whilst the rate will be fixed the percentage of minimum payment is not and can be varied at will by the credit card company.

Need more information but as things stand the card looks to be dearer at the moment.
