Afternoon all! I opened my account in April 2004 and have just been told via email I may not "be offered this promotion" next year. Is this common practice as I assumed it was for every anniversary? I am looking to transfer a large balance so should I haggle for a LOB deal or similar? Many thanks in advance,

Its only guaranteed for the 1st two years. But, for 99% of people its been carried on over every year so you may get it anyway.
Not worth haggling because they can't give you something unless there's an offer on your account, these are put on automatically each month. Different offers for different customers etc.0 -
Thanks for that-looking to transfer around £6k next april but just didn't want to get caught short (so to speak!) and not get a decent offer! Didn't know whether it was worth a call to them and see if I could get a LOB transfer instead?0
