New terms and conditions!

Capital One have just sent me new terms and conditions which are valid from the 14th January 2008. I can opt out of them!
Does anyone know what the changes are and and how they affect me/us?

I don't have a Capital One card but most of the notices of variation I receive are in the same format, ie a summary at the front and then the actual wording changes...usually prefixed/suffixed by the old conditions. Some are even tabulated with a summary in the left column, new wording in the centre column, and old wording in the right column.

If, however, yours is a 'complete re-write', then the only thing you can do is lay them out side by side with your old T&C's and check them line by line.

Just a wild guess, but I'd bet it'll be to Cap One's advantage!:rotfl:
