Faulty item, no receipt, have bank statement
Hello. My OH's mp3 player has developed a fault. It was £129.99 six months ago. The touch screen is not working properly. We have the receipt somewhere (I will get looking for it later) If I can't find it, will a bank statement be enough proof of purchase, to go into Argos and ask for a repair? Thanks for any help!
