Bluetooth problem with Renault vans

Hi Can anyone tell me if they are having problems with Renault vans /cars that have a inbuilt Bluetooth system called radiostat i have a samsung galaxy s2 mobile phone. and after buying the van from new the sales guy could not pair my phone to the Bluetooth in the van .. he said its only a software problem and he would sort it out .. but after 4weeks he now says that my phone is not compatible with radiostat in the van and there's nothing he can do ??? Can i ask for a refund /even though i have had the van for 5weeks . or can i get them to upgrade my phone to one that dose work with radiostat.at their expense.

Well this list seems to indicate that the Samsung GS2 is compatible with something.

It does mention specific levels of software for both the phone and radio, so perhaps take that list to your Renault dealer for further discussion.
