Hi there, i have an account with hsbc, with a credit bal of £1.24 and no overdraft for a laugh i was at the cash machine, and the system allowed me take out £10, meaing im £8.76 overdrawn, is this a shadow overdraft, and will i be charged £30 odd quid for being overdrawn?

A&L Current Account - Easiest Way to Close?
My Regular Saver matures at the end of July and as soon as it gets transferred to my current account I intend to close it all down. Whats the easiest way to do this? Have had a quick look on internet banking and can't see a way of doing it there. I assume its a telephone call to A&L?

When I added my debit card to my PayPal account, PayPal paid in 2 small deposits of a few pence each for verification. They didn't debit any money from me for this.
