No they don't.
Something you may want to milk though is a loophole in their advantage gold account.
Just curious but why does she want a Natwest current account when it is so highly uncompetitive?
I work as a cashier for Natwest and I've always wondered where the big banks go right with so many people taking out current accounts charging almost 20% for overdrafts and paying 0.1% in credit.

Sorry I didn't explain more, someone told me about this about 5 months ago I don't know if it still works.
Advantage Gold costs £12 per month and isn't worth it, the "advantages" are mostly a heap of crap BUT it includes worldwide travel insurance, when you sign up to advantage gold you get a 3 month free trial, cancel before the end of the trial and you don't pay a penny. If you sign up again... you get another free trial (dumbasses) so every year when you go on holiday, a month before sign up for advantage gold and cancel it when you come back and your travel insurance is sorted
I was told about this some time ago as I said, I've not been on holiday since to have chance to try it so I'm not 100% sure it still works but I've not heard any difference.

P.S. Whilst you've got the trial see if you can use any of their other advantage gold offers, but be careful, 10% off something is only the best deal if you can't get it 10.01% cheaper elsewhere. If you don't like what I say slap me around with a large trout and PM me to tell me why.

Gordon, if you work for natwest NOW why do you not actually read the so called crap that you are sent? You appear to know little of the bank, the adgd account does not have a 90 day money back guarantee anymore, it is only if they do not use it at all and convert it back that the charges for it are refunded. If you are curious how things work you have access to the internal natwest page or you can read about it from brochures. When you spot the small print and read stuff you learn what is in it. There is no cashback scheme in place for referred customers.
Sorry for the harshness, Gordon, but If you don;t like the bank for god sake get out, quit or deal with it. And if you deal with it, learn more about how the bank works so you can be informative online rather than misinforming.
PS natwest do have a guaranteed to beat home insurance at the moment and they will beat it even if their initial quote is more than you existing home insurance. (That is what happens when you do read internal bank information pages and work for the bank----some of us actually like working for a bank)0
