Openplan has moved my account to Barclays. Why?
Barclays have owned the Woolwich for years now. Since 2000 in fact, http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/875639.stm All account holders have been written to more than once with a schedule of when accounts are being transferred and new cards issued.

Yorkshire Bank
Can i just say hats off to Yorkshire bank, fantastic human service today. Opened a new account and was able to talk about my credit file and put my case forward to somebody who could open the account on the spot. This is the way banks should be.... Its a shame that they are not all like that.
